End of Days: Tower Defense ("End of Days", "the game") is a single-player game that runs entirely on your device. It collects no data, and it has no server to send any to. The only outside service it talks to is Apple's App Store, when you buy or restore the Full Campaign.
Last updated: 10/01/2026
The short version
- We collect nothing. Not anonymised, not aggregated, not "for product improvement".
- There is no account and nothing to sign in to.
- No analytics SDKs, no advertising SDKs, no crash-reporting services, no third-party code of any kind.
- No ads and no tracking. The game never asks for permission to track you, because it doesn't.
- Your progress is saved on your device and nowhere else.
What the game stores, and where
All of the following is written to the game's own private storage on your device:
| Data | Why it exists |
|---|---|
| Campaign progress — missions cleared, stars, unlocked towers and difficulties, research, salvage, achievements, career statistics | So the game remembers what you have done |
| A run in progress | So you can quit mid-wave and resume on the same board |
| Survival scores | The local leaderboard. It is not uploaded and there is no online leaderboard |
| Settings — audio levels, visual and accessibility options, gameplay preferences | So your options persist between sessions |
| Purchase status — whether the Full Campaign is owned | So a paid game opens unlocked without a connection. It is re-checked against the App Store's signed record on the device |
None of it identifies you, and none of it is sent to us.
Permissions
End of Days asks for no permissions. It does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or notifications.
What Apple receives
- The App Store. The Full Campaign is sold and billed through the App Store. The game reads only a signed purchase record on the device to know whether the Full Campaign is owned. It never sees your payment details, and your purchases are managed in your Apple Account, not by us.
- Device backups. The game's save is included in your iPhone or iPad backup if you have backups turned on — to iCloud or to your own computer. That backup is yours and is governed by your Apple Account settings; we have no access to it.
Both are covered by Apple's privacy policy, not ours, because neither passes through anything we operate. Apple may also share aggregate figures with developers, such as download and sales counts, and — only from people who have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in iOS Settings — anonymous crash and usage reports.
What End of Days does not do
- No server. The game has no backend of ours and makes no network requests of its own.
- No account, no login, no sign-in with anything.
- No analytics or telemetry. We do not know how far you have got, how long you play, or whether you opened the game today.
- No advertising. No ad SDKs, no advertising identifiers, no App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- No data sales or sharing. We have no data to sell.
- No online play. No chat, no multiplayer, no user-generated content, no online leaderboard.
Your data, your control
- Erase your progress: Settings → Data → Reset progress in the game.
- Erase everything: delete the game. Because no copy exists outside your device and your own backups, there is no request to file with us and no retention period to wait out.
- Deleting the game or resetting progress does not remove the Full Campaign from your Apple Account. Restore it at any time from Settings → Data → Restore Purchases.
Children
End of Days contains cartoon violence against machines. We knowingly collect no personal information from anyone, of any age, because we collect none at all. Purchases are subject to the controls a parent or guardian sets on the Apple Account, including Ask to Buy.
